Metis Labs does not process, collect, or store any customer data within its infrastructure. Each customer is provisioned a logically isolated tenant at the cloud level, ensuring that all data remains under the customer’s direct control. Customer data is hosted and managed entirely within the customer’s own environment, and the Metis platform is architected without any callbacks, telemetry, or “phoning home” mechanisms that would route customer data back to Metis systems.
